  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Best regards,

    StanleyOG.

Let me get this straight. Your party opposes everything Obama tries to do, even when he attempts to forge a compromise. Now you want to criticize him for NOT compromising with people who are determined not to compromise?

The fact is, the ACA WAS a compromise, and the GOP still wouldn't go for it. Now that it's the law of the land, the least you could do is take your defeat gracefully.

But once again you're the only one telling lies here hawkco119 and really stupid lies at that. President Obama instead of saying he'd never raise taxes campaigned on and continues to campaign on raising taxes on those making more than $250,000. And if he ever did promise not to raise taxes on the middle class he's still telling the truth because he hasn't. And you're the one lying when you say the supreme court said this was a tax. They just said the penalty was premissable under the constitutional powers for congress to levy taxes.

And as far as Gitmo President Obama is a democratically elected official not a dictator so if congress refuses to close Gitmo or try terrorists in civilian courts there's not much he can do about that.

And President Obama nor anyone in his administration ever said or promised to keep unemployment below 8%,

So one again you're the only one telling lies here.

He didn't lie, it's more accurate to say he disagrees with calling it a tax. I find it funny that Mitt Romney ALSO doesn't agree with calling it a tax. (Not that he can, as he passed the exact same thing as Governor of Mass. Fact is Republicans are just using the word "tax" to fear monger their base into voting in November.

Let me ask you something...did you have the same problem with George Bush when he lied in order to start an unprovoked war? Or when he said he wasn't wiretapping any American citizens without a warrant? Or when he said nobody was being tortured?

Just trying to establish what your standards are with regard to presidential lying.

And for the record, Obama DID try to close GITMO, and the Republican Party did everything they could to prevent it. He DID pursue programs to alleviate unemployment, and the Republican Party opposed them all. And the penalties in the ACA do not constitute a tax, nor did the Supreme Court say they are.

Ok but when you start calling it one of the biggest tax increases in the history of the world you're not only lying you're more hysterical than my old grandma.

The big lie is our health care system is mathematically sustainable. It ain't and at least the ACA recognizes that.

Did you ever hear any of them talk about the ACA raising taxes BEFORE the Supreme Court rendered its opinion. No, of course you didn't. All you heard from conservatives back then was that the ACA was unconstitutional. So, given that it's been found to be constitutional, did all those conservatives lie? Or were they simply wrong?

But in any event, that's how you know that people like Hawkco aren't expressing their own thoughts, but are just parroting right-wing noise machine talking points.

COMPROMISE?????comprimise with more of the government controlling every aspect of one's life or lifestyle,,hardly something that needs compromise. Social Security and Medicare have massive unfunded promises,,and this will just be another one.

The war is not over yet,,the leftist just won this battle,,,if the GOP does not take over control in 2012,,,,then and only then will I take your advice,, and take my defeat gracefully,,as you suggest, but until then,,,,,spread those leftist/socialist fucking legs bitch:rolleyes:.......

Yeaaaaah the government taking a responsible role on health care isn't going to "control every aspect of one's life." Secondly, I think you're secretly desperate for Kimi's approval. It's kinda sad to see you say stuff like that to her month in and month out. lol

Um bet on what? It's a statement that can't be substantiated in anyway shape or form...?

And see that's your problem, you care more about hurting my feelings than trying to prove your point or inspire a decent discussion. You don't care about this nation or it's problems, you just care about "winning and losing". I'd suggest you just refrain from partaking in these political debates till you grow up a bit. You're too immature and uninformed for your words to be worth while.

    Horseshit;,,,,

    1) buy health insurance,,OR,,you will be fined/penalized..(GOVERNMENT CONTROL)

    2)top 1% is taxed..redistribution of wealth...(GOVERNMENT CONTROL)

The list can go on, and on..

SHUT THE FUCK UP,,,,My response was not even a reply to YOU,,you chose get stick your pussy ass nose into the middle of something that you have no idea about,,Kimi and I have a history,,I reply to her in a manner that SHE DOES UNDERSTAND,,whether or not you have a grasp on that history is not my concern..

NOW,, as for politics,,there is never a right or wrong way,,too many senior politicians do not care about the people,, they care only how to line their own fucking pockets, and hide the fucking truth from those that elect them into office.

If you are too naive to understand the realities of politics,,you my friend are the one that is ''too immature and uninformed''..The problems of this nation are not the misguidance of any ''ONE CERTAIN'' party or administration,, IT IS IN FACT,,,,,P-O-L-I-T-I-C-S,,,,,until you can understand that,,you have alot of learning to do,,I can do without your adolescent lectures.

Funny how countries with universal healthcare and less of a rich/poor gap tend to have happier people and more productive economies.

But the U.S. has evolved differently, protected by vast oceans. Kind of like the Dodo. Now, you may love the Dodo. You may think the Dodo beautiful. But you do not encourage the Dodo to fly. :)

That is, of course, patently absurd....but at least you admit that you're opposed to the ACA on the same grounds that you're opposed to Social Security, Medicare, and any other program that actually helps the people of this country live without constant fear of disaster.
