THEY ARE NOT RELATED, fin was adopted as a baby, by Joshua and Margaret which are dogs and Jake, there half biological son due to Joshua being bit by an alien on the head and being born form his head. (don't think about it to much.) and due to Jake and Fin being raised together they say there brothers, but they are in no way related
